Certifications are indicative and arranged per project — confirm the exact standard and class your tender requires before production.
What buyers ask before a tender
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style and colour, with a free size ratio. Combining several colours or sizes of the same style helps you reach the minimum, and contract accounts can hold blanket orders released over the year.
Which sizes and fits do you offer?
We produce full size runs from XS to 5XL in men's, women's and unisex fits, tailored or relaxed. Role-based size sets and made-to-measure blocks for management or front-of-house are available on request.
Can you add our logo and corporate colours?
Yes. We apply embroidery, heat-transfer and printed branding, and weave custom labels. Corporate colours are matched to Pantone references and confirmed on a lab-dip or strike-off before bulk.
Do you make certified hi-vis and flame-retardant workwear?
We produce hi-vis garments to EN ISO 20471 classes and heat/flame protective wear on EN ISO 11612 certified fabrics. The applicable certificate and test report are supplied with the order when required.
Do you offer a reorder or replenishment program?
Yes. We keep your approved specs, patterns and colour standards on file so repeat orders and size top-ups match the first run. For contract accounts we can hold stock and release against scheduled call-offs.
What are your lead times and export terms?
Bulk lead time is 25–40 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and branding. Final inspection is AQL 2.5. We ship EXW and FOB Istanbul; CIF/CFR is quoted on request, with full export documentation.
